NGA seeks psychologists for Behavioral Science Team

On January 30, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) posted a request for information for Psychologists in support of the Behavioral Science Team. Responses are due by 12:00 p.m. Eastern on February 18.

NGA in support of Counter Insider Threat Office is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide licensed and experienced operational, national security, or forensic psychologists in support of the Behavioral Science Team (BST’s) consultation, research, education, and liaising activities benefiting the deterrence, detection, and mitigation of insider risks to the NGA mission, personnel, facilities, and systems.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to is to determine if adequate competition exists in the commercial marketplace to meet the requirements outlined in the NGA Insider Threat Office Behavioral Science Team Statement of Work (SIIB II) (SOW) dated 14 January 2026.

NGA has a mission-critical need for licensed and experienced operational, national security, or forensic psychologists with at least 10 years of experience as an operational, national security, forensic, personnel, police, military, and/or corrections psychologist.
