NGA releases RFP for ITEMS DCS
On May 11, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency released the solicitation for information technology enterprise managed services (ITEMS) – data center services (DCS) (Solicitation Number: HM0476-16-R-0004).
The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency is pleased to announce the release of solicitation HM0476-16-R-0004 with HM0476-16-R-0004-TO1 on the classified IC Acquisition Research Center (ARC) website for Information Technology Enterprise Managed Services (ITEMS) Data Center Services (DCS). The proposal and its volumes (hardcopy and softcopy) shall be submitted, in accordance with Section L of the RFP. The Past Performance (Vol. 4) and Security (Vol. 5) Volumes are due on or before 11:00 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT) on Friday, 10 June 2016. The Executive (Vol. 1), Technical (Vol. 2), Management (Vol. 3), and Cost/Price (Vol. 6) Volumes are due on or before 11:00 AM EDT on Friday, 24 June 2016.
The ITEMS DCS RFP for Scenario 1 and Scenario 2 will be released following the submission deadline for Volumes 1-6.
Comments and questions related to this RFP must be submitted on or before5:00 PM EDT on Friday, 20 May 2016, to be considered by the Government. Submitted comments and questions should not contain proprietary markings, and must be submitted on the classified IC ARC website. Answers will be posted to the classfied ARC website. All questions submitted and any responses provided at the Industry Day Conference on 13 May 2016 will be posted to the classified ARC website.
Any subsequent amendments to the RFP will be posted on the classified IC ARC website. It is the responsibility of the prospective Offerors to monitor the internet site for the release of any amendments (if any). A courtesy copy of the unclassified RFP documents will be posted to the unclassified IC ARC website on Thursday, May 12, 2016. However, the official version of the RFP and the documentation relevant to the solicitation are contained in the Consolidated Bidders’ Library (CBL) and reside on the classified IC ARC website.
