NGA releases GTLSS draft RFP

On December 19, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) released the draft request for proposal (RFP) for GEOINT Tradecraft Learning Support Services (GTLSS).

NGA is providing this Special Notice for the release of the Draft Solicitation/Draft RFP for GEOINT Tradecraft Learning Support Services (GTLSS), Solicitation DRAFT_NGA_GTLSS_RFP. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of a final solicitation. The anticipated awarded contract will have a five-year period of performance (base + four 1-year options).

Background: The objective of GTLSS is to provide the National Geospatial-Intelligence College (NGC) with GEOINT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) that will: deliver NGC’s Geospatial-Intelligence Tradecraft Instruction, conduct maintenance on NGC’s GEOINT courseware, and support development of new NGC GEOINT learning solutions.

The draft solicitation is posted to the Unclassified Acquisition Research Center (ARC) website (https://acq.westfileds.net/).
