NGA releases final RFP for ITEMS User Facing Services

On October 14, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency announced the release of the final RFP for its Information Technology Enterprise Management Services (ITEMS) User Facing Services (UFS) solicitation (Solicitation Number: HM0476-16-R-0025).
The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Information Technology Enterprise Managed Services (ITEMS) User Facing Services (UFS) requirement. The RFP can be found in the Final Request for Proposal (Final RFP) TAB. The Final Consolidated Bidders’ Library (Final CBL) TAB will contain additional documents relevant to the solicitation for potential Offerors to review.
The RFP contains further information on the deadline due dates. A courtesy copy of the selected unclassified RFP documents will be posted to the Unclassified IC ARC. However, the official version of the RFP and CBL documents reside on the classified IC ARC.
The resulting contract will provide Information Technology (IT) services for NGA users to perform daily activities at their desk, office, conference rooms, classrooms, and services at worldwide locations. This will allow NGA to mature internal processes through implementation and execution of the managed desktop services mode. This service model incorporates standard orders for end user services and devices utilizing an established, virtual service catalog to better posture NGA for transition to the IC DTE.
