NGA releases activity based intelligence RFP

On February 14, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency issued a notice regarding its activity based intelligence RFP (Solicitation Number: HM047617R0015). Past Performance and Security volumes are due on  March 9 by 12:00 p.m. ET. All other volumes are due on March 16 by 12:00 p.m. ET.

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a requirement for Activity Based Intelligence Scenario and Workshop Development.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) and related attachments will be available to interested parties, along with any amendments issued, solely on the Unclassified IC Acquisition Research Center (ARC 2.0) at https://arc.westfields.net to provide equal access to information for all potential offerors.

New users of the ARC must first register (using the “Create New Account” button on the webpage) and obtain a user identifier and password to use for login at the site. Once registered and logged in at the ARC 2.0, a user can click and select the “ABI” effort ARC webpage under “Current Efforts.”

For ARC 2.0 Technical Questions, please click on the “Contact Us” link in the top right corner of the ARC 2.0 home page. No paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the ARC 2.0 site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.

Important deadline dates:

Submission deadline for Questions – due on 23 February 2017 by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). All questions (and responses to the questions) are anticipated to be posted no later than 28 April 2016 on the Unclassified IC ARC website to provide equal access to information for all potential offerors. Any revisions to documents resulting from the questions will be posted by amendments to the solicitation.

Past Performance and Security volumes – due on 9 March 2017 by 12:00 p.m. (ET).

All other volumes are due on 16 March 2017 by 12:00 p.m. (ET).
