NGA posts small biz RFP for All Leaders Coaching Program
On July 15, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency posted the All Leaders Coaching Program RFP (Solicitation Number: HM0476-15-R-0009). Responses are due no later than August 5.
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a competitive small business set-aside contract for the All Leaders Coaching Program (ALCP). The intent of the ALCP is to transform leadership initiatives into plans that promote the application of leader competencies, core values, and mission critical skills to achieve the NGA strategy.
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a competitive small business set-aside contract under FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.215-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Interested parties may view the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the CLASSIFIED Intelligence Community (IC) – Acquisition Research Center (ARC) Website on or about Friday, 26 June 2015. The anticipated award date is on or about Thursday, 3 September 2015. Vendors must have accounts to access the site. Accounts can be set-up on the unclassified ARC only. To All Small Business Offerors: The All Leaders Coaching Program Request for Proposal has been posted to the CLASSIFIED ARC athttps://acq.nro.ic.gov, effective date: 15 Jul 2015. Responses are due 5 Aug 2015. Questions and Answers need to be posted on the CLASSIFIED ARC by 21 Jul 2015. The Past Performance and Security Volumes are due by 29 Jul 2015.
