NGA posts RFI for base operating support
On May 22, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) issued a request for information (RFI) for the NGA Base Operating Support-East Services (NextGen) requirement. Responses are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on July 17.
The purpose of this RFI is to gain information about current industry practices and sources that could potentially meet NGA’s BOS-E NextGen requirement.
NGA is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide comprehensive, performance-based, Base Operations Services (BOS) at its Springfield, VA Campus, otherwise known as the NGA Campus East (NCE). NGA also requires BOS support at numerous geographically separated locations, hereinafter known as satellite sites, throughout the National Capital Region (NCR).
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, and management not otherwise specified as Government provided, necessary to provide comprehensive BOS for all assigned NGA facilities, systems, and associated grounds.
NGA has a mission-critical need for base operation services. NGA is seeking responsible sources who can provide BOS and show their current or past performance/experience with relevant size, scope, and complexity to NGA’s BOS-E NextGen requirement.
