NGA posts RASP RFI

On March 29, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) posted a request for information (RFI) for the Regional and Area Studies Program (RASP). Responses are due by 1:00 p.m. Eastern on April 14.

The NGA in support of the Foreign Language and Culture Branch is seeking information on how an interested contractor could assist with the creation of a program of study to broaden and deepen cultural and regional expertise training.

The purpose of this request for information (RFI) is to gain information on the vendors who could provide regional area and culture knowledge listed in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement.

NGA’s Foreign Language and Culture Branch within the National Geospatial-Intelligence College (NGC) is a Council on Occupational Education (COE) accredited learning institution that delivers quality-learning programs in geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), leadership, and professional development for the GEOINT community.

The College aligns learning opportunities to the agency’s mission, strategy and goals and enables learning that is innovative, flexible, and tailored to the needs of GEOINT professionals.  The Foreign Language and Culture Branch is a program within the National Geospatial-Intelligence College. The program’s mission is to preserve, maintain, and bolster foreign language capability and regional/cultural expertise in support of the geospatial intelligence mission.
