NGA posts NICS draft RFP

On May 10, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) announced the availability of a draft request for proposals (RFP) for NGA Integrated Campus Support (NICS). Feedback is requested by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on June 20.

This presolicitation notice is a DRAFT RFP for NICS, a follow-on contract to the current NGA BOS-E contract (Base Operations Services East). The DRAFT RFP including all documents will be posted at the NGA ARC Unclassified website.  Interested Contractors are required to have a login/register to access the documents, but registration is relatively easy and can be accomplished now via the site link. Documents for this DRAFT RFP will be posted on the ARC site the week of May 13th, 2024 and will include the DRAFT PWS, DRAFT Technical Exhibits, DRAFT RFP Sections L & M, and DRAFT Contract Type & CLIN Structure. Intersted Contractors have the opportunity to provide feedback and questions to the Government by the response date listed.

The NGA, in support of the Security and Installations Operations Directorate (SIO), has a requirement called NICS, for a Contractor to provide comprehensive, performance based, Base Operations Services (BOS) at its Springfield, VA Campus, otherwise known as NGA Washington. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, and management not otherwise specified as Government provided, necessary to provide comprehensive BOS for all assigned NGA facilities and operations.
