NGA posts HRM-II RFI

On March 5, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) issued a request for information (RFI) to conduct market research for the Human Resources Management II (HRM II) requirement. Responses are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on March 20.

NGA in support of the Human Development (HD) Directorate is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide contractor support for human resources management services.

NGA has a mission-critical requirement for comprehensive Human Resources (HR) operational and consultative support for the Human Development Directorate (HD). This requirement, known as HRM II, will provide services for NGA’s total workforce of over 8,500 government employees, military personnel, and contractors. The scope of this effort is to deliver HR services across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. Contractor personnel will be required to utilize NGA’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) as the principal tool for executing these functions, processing all civilian personnel actions in strict accordance with Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines.

The purpose of this RFI is to identify qualified sources capable of providing a full range of human resources services to support NGA’s mission. The Government invites all businesses, including small businesses, to respond to this RFI. The Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), referenced in Section 16.0 of the PWS, are currently under development by the Government and will be provided in a future solicitation, if any is issued.

Review the NGA HRM II RFI.
