The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) posted the draft RFP for the Foundation Sustainment Support, Software and Integration (FS3i) requirement. Responses are due by 9:00 a.m. Central on January 23.
NGA is providing this presolicitation notice and accompanying draft documents to signify its intent to conduct an open competition for the FS3i requirement. NGA anticipates release of a Solicitation / RFP on or around April 30, 2026 with the intent to award a single award indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract for this requirement.
The government intends to hold an FS3i Industry Day to support the development of solicitation. This event is planned to take place on 2- 4 of February 2026, at the Patriot Ridge Conference Center, 7770 Backlick Road, Springfield VA 22150. This event will be held at the Unclassified level. Participants should not bring or disclose Proprietary or other controlled access information at this event, as it will be open to all interested parties. One-on-one discussions may be provided as part of this event depending on interest and government capacity to support. Parties interested in attending this event must provide the names of participants, and indicate if a one-on-one session is desired, NLT 19 January 2026.
The Foundation Sustainment Services (FS2) contract vehicle will establish the acquisition framework for delivering the full scope of information technology services and capabilities to support the Information Technology (IT) sustainment services for the Foundation GEOINT Integrated Program Office (IPF) and the FG capabilities / services in support of the NGA’s Source Operations & Management Directorate’s Foundation GEOINT Group (SF). SF’s FG mission areas include: Aeronautical, Maritime, Topographic, Geopolitical Geography (to include Human Geography (HG), Political Geography, and Names, Places and Boundaries), Elevation, Geodesy (e.g. Global Positioning System (GPS), Soils, Surveys, and Gravity), and Controlled Imagery.
