NGA posts draft RFP for NFE solicitation

On September 11, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency posted a draft request for proposal for NGA Foundational Engineering (NFE) (Solicitation Number: HM047618R0090).
The draft Request for Proposal and attachments have been posted on the IC Acquisition Research Center (ARC) unclassified website, https://acq.westfields.net. It is the responsibility of prospective offerors to register for access to the ARC and monitor this website for the release of an NFE RFP and amendments.
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) seeks to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort Term and Award Fee, Single Award contract that provides Foundational Engineering Services. The total anticipated period of performance is five-years (Base Year plus 4 Option Years). This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 541512, and the size standard is $27.5M.
Requirement: Foundational Systems Engineering activities include: Configuration Management, Enterprise and Program-level Scheduling and Effectivity Management; Governance and Engineering Reviews; Standards Compliance, Definitions, Development and Management to include the Technical Reference Architecture; Enterprise Risk Management; and Systems Engineering Processes and Tools.
