Navy posts C4ISR sustainment notice

On January 7, the U.S. Navy posted a notice for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Sustainment III. Questions are due by January 13.

A virtual Pre-Solicitation Conference for C4ISR Sustainment III, which will be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside, will be held in early January 2026 via Microsoft Teams. The specific date and time will be announced through an update to this electronic notice.

Once the virtual Pre-Solicitation Conference is scheduled, a link to the live event will be provided. No registration will be required. Attached to the notice is a current DRAFT of the RFP. This is not a formal Request for Proposals.

The Government will accept questions until 13 January 2026 via the PIEE Solicitation Module. The questions submitted prior to the deadline will be answered in PIEE Solicitation Module or addressed during the live event as time allows.
