NAVAIR posts RFI for Advanced Radio Frequency Intelligence Operations Course Support

On June 6, the Naval Air Systems Command posted a request for information for Advanced Radio Frequency Intelligence Operations (ARFIO) Course Support (Solicitation Number: N68335-18-R-0315). Responses are due by 8:00 a.m. Eastern on June 13.

The United States Marine Corps Forces Central Command (MARCENT) is required to train, sustain and deploy units that utilize a broad range of specialized intelligence collection and information-centric operation capabilities to support theatre based missions and warfighters. In accordance with the guidance from the Director of Intelligence USMC, MARCENT recognizes the need to develop training/education to ensure expertise in multiple discipline intelligence operations for current and emerging Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) technologies on a broad and ‘niche’ basis.

The Government is seeking capabilities from industry on the ability to provide a small urban environment RF range complex, technical and engineering support, subject matter expertise, coordination, and other support as required to facilitate, sustain, and support RF, sensor and Class “G” UAS training events. Support will include procurement and integration of materials, supplies, and equipment to support Government owned equipment while located on site as well as specific items required to support related events such as maintenance and repairs of equipment to support sustainability and readiness as directed within this task.

In addition to the above vendors should submit the following capabilities:

1. Provide the maximum number of students your facilities can accommodate per training session.
2. Certification and security clearances of instructors.
3. Certification of ranges, ie – NSA/FCC approvals
