MSIC to host industry TEM

On February 5, the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) announced that it is hosting a Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM) with industry. The event will take place February 25 to 27 at Redstone Arsenal.

The purpose of the TEM is to conduct preliminary planning and market research to enable the future development of MSIC’s anticipated Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) contract. During the TEM, industry partners will learn about MSIC’s technical priorities, capability challenges, and showcase the future of MSIC’s MAIDIQ. Industry will have the opportunity to request a 30 minute one on one with government, if intending to bid as a Prime Contractor.

There is no solicitation as this time. The TEM is purely voluntary, and the government does not assume any financial liability for incurred cost to attend the TEM. The government will provide a DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Request for Information Matrix, No Later Than 21 February 2025. The DRAFT PWS will be submitted on SAM.gov as an amendment to this TEM announcement.

The TEM will occur on February 26, 2025, from 0800 to 1200 at Redstone Arsenal, 4545 Fowler Rd, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. Following the TEM companies qualified and registered for one-on-one discussions with the government will occur from 1300 – 1600 CST on February 26, 2025.  A second session will be provided for additional one-on-one discussions with the government on February 27, 2025 from 0800 – 1600 CST.
