Missile Defense Agency releases cybersecurity draft RFP for TEAMS acquisitions
On May 23, the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) released the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HQ0147-16-R-0005, for the “IT Cybersecurity & Risk Management” requirement under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions.
MDA encourages industry input, comments and questions to identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition and to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities. Questions and/or comments are due to MDA no later than 1700 Central Time on June 6, 2016 and may be submitted to TEAMS_CyberRiskMgt@mda.mil, subject line “TEAMS CyberRiskMgt RFP”. As you review the Draft RFP you will see an opportunity to submit a request for an Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) determination. Reference Attachments L-05, L-12 and J-12. Requests should be sent to TEAMS_OCI@mda.mil. Requests are due no later than June 23, 2016.
