MDA to provide communication subsystem

Canada-based MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (“MDA” or the “Company”), a global communications and information company, announced on November 17 that it has signed a contract with a ceiling of CA$9.7 million with The Boeing Company.
MDA will provide a communication antenna subsystem to be installed on the Boeing 702MP satellite platform. The contract is inclusive of an initial firm commitment of CA$7.6 million.
MDA’s business is focused in the communications sector and the surveillance and intelligence sector. In addition, the Company conducts a significant amount of advanced technology development.
