ManTech names Paul Napier executive director of proposal operations

ManTech International Corporation has named Paul Napier executive director of proposal operations for ManTech’s proposal center in Herndon, VA, ManTech announced November 16.
Napier brings more than 20 years of winning proposal strategy and development that will augment ManTech’s growing operations and capacity to bid new and larger opportunities. He will report directly to Yvonne Vervaet, senior vice president of business development for ManTech’s Mission Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group.

We have assembled a team of industry-recognized growth professionals in our business development organization who is driving this growth. We are thrilled to be adding Paul to this team,” said L.
