Kratos receives $3.5 million in specialty product orders to support U.S. warfighter

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. of San Diego, CA announced on March 9 that its Modular Systems Division (MSD) recently received contract awards totaling approximately $3.5 million for specialty product orders to support the U.S. warfighter.

MSD manufactures specialty products that support unmanned aerial, missile, radar, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), chemical biological radiation, nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) detection, and combat and warfighter support programs and systems.  The products provided under these new contract awards will be produced in a secure manufacturing facility.  Due to customer related and other considerations, no additional information will be provided related to these contract awards.

Tom Mills, president of Kratos’ Modular Systems Division, said, “We are honored and proud that these important national security related government customers have given us the opportunity to provide these products in support of the U.S. warfighter.”
