KEYW completes sale of SETA business to Quantech Services

The KEYW Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hanover, MD-based KEYW Holding Corporation, announced on March 15 that it has closed the previously announced sale of its systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) business to Quantech Services, Inc.
The divestiture came after a strategic review of KEYW’s business that concluded that the growth potential of both KEYW’s core business and the SETA business could be maximized if the two were separated.
