On March 4, System High Corporation announced that it has promoted Karl Borden to executive vice president for operations and growth. In this role, Borden will oversee the company’s daily operations and strategic growth efforts. He will ensure System High’s day-to-day operations run efficiently and he will strive to achieve organizational performance and growth objectives, the company said.
With more than 30 years of experience, Borden continues to provide proven technical and leadership expertise to System High’s customers and people. He has served as a mentor to large and diverse workforces throughout his career. In addition to his vast security background, Borden also specializes in contractual oversight and ensuring timely deliverables and mission planning and collaboration within enhanced security environments.

Most recently, Borden served as the vice president of science and technology protection. In this role, he managed and ensured employee relations and development, contractual compliance, program performance, and cost management for multiple programs supporting the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and commercial customers.
