On March 8, the U.S. Army posted a presolicitation notice for software programming support (Solicitation Number: W912PX-16-R-0001). Potential offerors should watch for updates on FedBizOpps
The scope of the contract is to provide non-personal services in support of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence (C5I) JIATFS. The contractor shall provide support services and equipment for Systems Analysis and Design; Software Programming, Database Administration, Database Architecture, Integration, and Enterprise Analysis and Assessments.
Offerors must possess a Top Secret Facility Clearance (FCL) at time of proposal submission. Proposals submitted by offerors without a Top Secret FCL will not be evaluated or considered for award.
The award will be a Small Business Set-Aside, Multiple Award IDIQ.
A draft RFP will be issued subsequent to this Presolicitation Notice.
