On February 25, the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) posted a sources sought notice for access control and escort services. Responses are due by 12:00 p.m. Eastern on March 5.
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA, U.S. Army INSCOM anticipate a requirement that is being considered under NAICS Code 561612- Security Guards and Patrol Services. The size standard associated with this NAICS code is $29,000,000. The Product Service Code is R430 – SUPPORT- PROFESSIONAL: PHYSICAL SECURITY AND BADGING.
Market research is being conducted to determine the capability of SBA 8(a) Contractors to provide access control and on-call and intermittent security escort services. This RFI is issued for the purpose of surveying industry on access control procedures and for escorting individuals without a security clearance in a secure government facility. The government requests interested parties submit a completed copy of Attachment 2.
