IMPRES Technology Solutions, Inc. and the Breffni Group, Inc. have forged an alliance to provide comprehensive portfolio of data cycle services for the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) marketplace.

The joint marketing agreement provides for a cooperative effort to leverage best of breed IT solutions in the UAV space. Beginning in April 2014, IMPRES and The Breffni Group will actively market and supply a full stack of data gathering, processing, securing, disseminating, and recording services.

IMPRES has supported the technology needs of the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, federal, state, and local governments, for more than a decade. IMPRES’ unique SDB, HUBZone and 8(a) status, coupled with its facility’s cleared personnel makes it a “Go-To” contractor for mission-critical programs, says the company.

Heading the Breffni Group’s efforts, Terry Moran brings over 25 years of experience in the aerospace and IT industries. A U.S Naval Academy graduate and naval aviator, he served as commanding officer of a combat unmanned aerial systems unit and is the recipient of the NAWC WD Excellence in Leadership Award, the Meritorious Service Medal, and the Strike Flight Air Medal. His life cycle management and engineering experience includes supporting the MQ-9 Reaper, X-47B UCLASS Vehicle, and the RQ-11 Scan Eagle. The Breffni Group currently supports many customers with on-board data processing requirements, including the U.S. Navy, NASA and the United Arab Emirates.

“Terry brings the credibility and key experience for our team to deepen our support for customers in the UAV space,” said John Podolak, vice president for defense and intelligence. “Coupled with IMPRES’ existing relationships and strong performance delivering IT solutions, I’m excited about what this team will do.”
