iGov awarded $750M multi-award IDIQ contract

iGoviGov of Reston, VA announced on July 12 that the U.S. Navy has awarded them a contract under SPAWAR System Center Atlantic. The contract is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract with a ceiling amount of $750M.

This award allows iGov to procure and deliver relevant Command and Control (C2) Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment, software and hardware licenses/maintenance primarily for the Department of the Navy; although nominal support of other Department of Defense and civilian federal agencies will be accomplished as the mission allows. Procured C2 equipment includes video & imagery systems, global positioning system equipment, intelligence support systems, intercom systems, tactical displays, tactical processors, and tactical workstations.

“This is an excellent contract opportunity for iGov,” said Jack Pooley, iGov’s senior vice president of sales. “It allows iGov to provide the Navy Warfighter with knowledge superiority and material solutions in support of SPAWAR Atlantic’s Information Warfare mission.”
