On December 20, the U.S. General Services Administration issued a request for information for Threat Intelligence Enterprise Services (TIES) Data Characteristics – GSA on behalf of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)/Cybersecurity Division (CSD)/Capacity Building (CB). Responses are due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern on January 17.
This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by GSA on behalf of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Cybersecurity Division (CSD) and Capacity Building (CB) sub-division for the development of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) capabilities to be offered as a compendium of enterprise services to Federal, Intelligence Community, State and Law enforcement customers.
On November 16, 2022, CISA released an RFI requesting feedback and insight on the development and/or configuration of a CTI Exchange Platform. The subject RFI is a related follow-on request seeking feedback on the CTI Data and Information that would be made available for aggregation and integration into the notional Exchange platform highlighted in the previous request.
The purpose of this RFI is to assist the Government in conducting market research focused on identifying industry partners who can furnish and provide commercial cyber threat intelligence (CTI) data for aggregation and integration into a CISA sponsored Cyber Threat Intelligence Exchange Platform. These data characteristics and requirements include but are not limited to what is outlined in Section IV.
The information provided as response to this RFI will be used for market research only. The Government is not obligated to release a future solicitation based on this market research.
