GRVTY secures Navy C5ISR OTA

On March 4, GRVTY announced that it has been awarded a $75 million agreement under a One Nation Innovation Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) to deliver emerging C5ISR capabilities as part of a critical Navy program.

Specifically, GRVTY will provide proven advanced analytical methods, software, comprehensive data models, and highly skilled subject matter expertise, ultimately yielding operationally ready prototypes that unlock new C5ISR capabilities.

“Now more than ever, speed is imperative to keeping America safe and secure,” said Katie Selbe, GRVTY’s chief executive officer. “We are ready to rapidly develop and deploy next-generation capabilities for the U.S. Navy to support their most critical, consequential, and demanding missions.”

The OTA has an initial value of $75 million, with the potential for additional awards. This agreement provides for streamlined contracting and management practices, allowing GRVTY to deliver mission impact, faster.

“We’ll be providing mission and technical expertise that knows how to outpace the threat,” said Johnnie Simpson, GRVTY’s general manager of cyber engineering. “Under this agreement, GRVTY will deliver rapid, cost-effective, and innovative C5ISR warfighting solutions across all domains that are driven by the most significant national security requirements and opportunities.”

The company will perform this cutting-edge work at contractor facilities, naval systems commands, fleet concentration areas, deployed naval platforms, or expeditionary sites.
