General Dynamics Land Systems announces partnerships

On March 26, General Dynamics Land Systems, a business unit of General Dynamics, announced several partnership agreements for advanced software solutions throughout its portfolio of combat capabilities.

General Dynamics Land Systems is working alongside Applied Intuition, Palantir Technologies, General Dynamics Mission Systems, General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) and Strategic Technology Consulting (STC) to ensure its products remain at the forefront of technology.

“The outcome on the battlefield increasingly is decided by which side has more powerful software,” said Dave Paddock, president of General Dynamics Land Systems. “By partnering with these best-in-class innovators, we are cementing our position as a multidomain solutions provider for the U.S. Army and our global customers.

“We will continue to work with disruptors across all technologies to ensure the Soldiers and Marines who depend on our combat capabilities are prepared to dominate in the future operational environment.”

Applied Intuition leverages extensive commercial experience in autonomy and software-defined vehicles. Palantir Technologies is an industry leader in data fusion and user experience. General Dynamics Mission Systems and GDIT deliver mission-critical technology solutions, such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital engineering, quantum, electronics hardware and software, for defense and intelligence customers across all domains. STC is known for its expertise in advanced Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) services and solutions for complex defense systems.

“Our partners are operating at the leading edge, and that’s not just in the world of defense,” said Scott Hall, chief technology officer at General Dynamics Land Systems. “Working together, our companies create a dynamic ecosystem for innovation across digital engineering, modular open system architecture and beyond. Put simply, they give us – and our customers – the power to win.”

“These partnerships reflect our focus on customer intimacy, our problem-solving acumen and our strategy to invest ahead of customer need to help the Army achieve its missions,” Paddock added.
