Eric Holstrom joins Axient as growth VP for space

On January 22, Axient announced Eric Holstrom as the company’s vice president of growth for the space segment. Holstrom oversees new business growth across the space segment portfolio, working with his business development team to execute strategic and tactical growth objectives. He is responsible for overseeing Axient’s space segment business development and capture management teams.

Holstrom joined Axient from the LinQuest Corporation where he was associate vice president of business development responsible for strategy development, business development, and capture of key DoD space pursuits. Holstrom also served as senior director of business development at ASRC Federal where he led a business development team in identifying and pursuing DoD space operations, maintenance, and sustainment opportunities valued at over $500 million.

Lt Col (Ret) Holstrom retired from the Air Force in September 2007 where he held multiple positions at the headquarters, wing, group, and squadron levels and was a master space and missile operator. He operated the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, the Milstar communication satellite, and the Counter Communications System.
