Eqlipse completes SR Technologies acquisition

On November 27, Herndon, VA-based Eqlipse Technologies, a provider of differentiated products and high‑end engineering solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC), announced it has completed the acquisition of SR Technologies (SRT). Eqlipse is a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, DC-area private equity firm with experience investing in regulated industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The addition of SRT significantly strengthens Eqlipse’s electronic warfare (EW) and signals intelligence (SIGINT) capability, while expanding its proprietary product portfolio to include custom-designed tactical solutions across mobile satellite communications, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth signals of interest. With the acquisition of SRT, Eqlipse has approximately 800 employees and $300 million in revenue.
