Enlightenment unveils intelligence platform RealmOne

On January 24, Chevy Chase, MD-based Enlightenment Capital announced the formation of the RealmOne platform, a provider of advanced technology services and solutions focused on cybersecurity, intelligence collection and analysis, data science and advanced analytics, and hyper-automation to support our country’s most critical national security agencies.

RealmOne was formed through the merger of four businesses – iNovex, INNOPLEX, Secure Innovations, and HTS Infosys. Through the combination of complementary technical expertise, expanding customer connectivity, and influential market presence within thriving segments, RealmOne unifies these strengths in a singular platform. This integrated approach enables RealmOne to deliver specialized capabilities, customized solutions, and innovative commercial software products through a comprehensive and tailored suite of offerings for its Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and national security customers. The company has over 1,000 employees and teammates supporting critical national security missions around the globe.

“RealmOne represents a shared brand and vision of four distinct entities rich with talent and unmatched commitment to our customers’ missions,” said Gary Daigle, CEO of RealmOne. “The combined business has the scale and technical depth to deliver innovative solutions and technical expertise to solve our customers’ toughest challenges. We are excited for what’s ahead of us and for both the impact we can have on our mission and the opportunities these business combinations have created for our employees.”

“RealmOne is the combination of four special businesses that are leaving their mark on the Intelligence Community and having real impact on their customers’ missions,” said Jason Rigoli, partner at Enlightenment Capital and chairman of RealmOne. “We look forward to working with the combined team and driving the company’s growth as it continues to support the needs of the most sensitive government clients.”

“The coming together of these businesses demonstrates our commitment to strategic M&A to expand capabilities and spur innovation in support of national security,” said Thomas Young, principal at Enlightenment Capital. “We plan to continue to invest in the platform, both organically and through M&A, to further position ourselves as a leading provider of cutting-edge solutions to the Intelligence Community.”
