Elliott Ferguson named Hexagon US Federal COO

On January 13, Hexagon US Federal, an independent subsidiary of Hexagon Corporation exclusively focused on bringing the broad range of Hexagon technologies to the U.S. federal government and its partners, announced the appointment of Elliott Ferguson as chief operating officer (COO). In this role, Ferguson joins Chris Reichert, CEO and president, and Becky Harris, CFO, as a member of the senior leadership team at Hexagon US Federal.

“During Elliott’s more than five years at Hexagon US Federal, we have seen firsthand that his commitment to our mission, customers, and employees makes him well-positioned to help us navigate this next phase,” said Reichert. “With Elliott’s leadership, we will have stronger alignment across all functions, greater operational effectiveness, and a compelling strategic path forward.”

Prior to being appointed as COO, Ferguson served as Hexagon US Federal’s vice president of the Geospatial Solutions business, overseeing operations, delivery, and innovation on programs and efforts that bring Hexagon’s technologies, services, and data to its customers. Before coming to Hexagon, Ferguson spent over a decade in the geospatial community focusing on product-based solutions and data delivery.

As COO, Ferguson will expand his focus to all lines of business, bringing his experience to motivate growth across the entire Hexagon US Federal portfolio of products ranging from sensors to solutions, according to the company.
