Ellen Barletto tapped as CSA CGO

On December 5, Client Solution Architects (CSA) announced the appointment of Ellen Barletto as chief growth officer. Over her 18-year tenure with CSA, Barletto held a range of leadership roles, beginning with direct mission support for the Undersea Integration Program Office (PMW 770), progressing into business development and proposal management, and most recently serving as chief administrative officer.

“I am excited to announce Ellen as chief growth officer,” said Greg Blue, CSA chief executive officer. “Her strong relationships with current and prospective customers, combined with her disciplined approach to capture and growth processes, have already made a significant impact.”

Prior to joining CSA, Barletto began her career at a Washington, DC, law firm supporting Department of Homeland Security and immigration matters. She later served at the U.S. Department of Justice, leading initiatives focused on environmental and regulatory compliance.

“Ellen’s dynamic experience brings a unique perspective on the importance of key customer relationship pillars, spanning mission and technical stakeholders, contracting commands, and resource sponsors,” Blue added. “Her leadership, deep government contracting expertise, and alignment with CSA’s strategic vision position us well for continued growth.”

Barletto has a diversified background across business development, mergers and acquisitions, direct mission support, contracts and procurement, and human resources and talent acquisition.
