DIA/ST posts SKYFALL IDIQ solicitation notice

On May 17, the Defense Intelligence Agency, Science and Technology Directorate (DIA/ST) announced that it is planning to release the SKYFALL IDIQ Solicitation, for HF OTHR hardware and software services and support on May 31.

DIA/ST Advanced Technology Intelligence Division is seeking to solicit private companies capable of designing, developing, integrating, shipping, installing, testing, and maintaining High Frequency (HF) Over-the-Horizon Radar (OTHR) capabilities in multiple combatant command (CCMD) areas of responsibility. This federal acquisition initiative is known as SKYFALL. A multiple award, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract is anticipated as a result of a full-and-open competition.

SKYFALL is comprised of two focus areas: HF OTHR Hardware Services and Support and HF OTHR Software Services and Support. To be considered as a potential supplier, SKYFALL IDIQ awardee, the contractor must demonstrate experience developing, integrating, producing, installing, and testing at least one major hardware or software component of a HF OTHR system that satisfy the minimum technical specifications stated in the SKYFALL Solicitation.

The SKYFALL Solicitation will be released via two methods: posting on NSA ARC and DoD SAFE issuance. The SKYFALL IDIQ Solicitation NSA ARC release will occur on 31 May 2024.
