DIA seeks support for Line Item Manager Database

On June 26, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA/Missile and Space Intelligence Center(MSIC) posted the statement of work (SOW) for MSIC’s Line Item Manager (WebLIM) program. Responses are due by 7:00 a.m. Central on July 1.

DIA/MSIC requires contractor support for MSIC’s WebLIM program.  This requirement includes: implementing enhanced search features, adding additional fields to various capabilities, expanding reports to include more detailed information, adding additional reporting capabilities, and increasing the program’s security requirements. The service will be performed at the contractor location as well as at MSIC.

The objective of this SOW is to obtain additional technical support of MSIC’s WEBLIM program. Requirements include:

  • Ensure that enhanced WebLIM meets all DIA/MSIC IT security requirements
  • Adress all security issues associated with system modernization
  • Submit software for scans
  • Review and remediate findings
