On March 26, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) posted a request for information for Modernization and Migration Management of the DIA’s Business Systems. Responses are due by 12:00 p.m. Eastern on April 21.
The Virginia Contracting Activity is conducting an independent study in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify commercial software and services to modernize or replace the agency’s current core business systems with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and enable the completion of analysis and cost estimates for future years programming and budgeting.
The announcement seeks to capture information from:
- Software vendors and systems integration companies capable of satisfying the DIA’s business requirements
- Best practices for business systems implementation and data migration plans
- Software vendors and systems integration companies that would integrate with other business-type software
- Software vendors and systems integration companies that would structure a pilot for government evaluation
