On October 7, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) posted a request for information (RFI) on ways to enhance the delivery of training. Responses are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on October 25.
DIA is gathering information to identify new learning programs, technical capabilities, and equipment/tools utilized to enhance the delivery of training and build a culture of dynamic learning in workforce development. The intent is to pioneer new capabilities and programs, utilizing technology and Artificial Intelligence (Al) field experts, to maximize and accelerate learning for all employees.
This RFI aims to gather market research about vendor capabilities and solutions for using technology and Al to improve DIA’s training programs and learning objectives. The agency is exploring new technologies to optimize its training processes, boost learner engagement, and enhance knowledge retention. Technology and Al are critical enablers with significant potential to achieve these goals, and the agency is interested in understanding the current landscape of technology-enhanced training solutions.
DIA seeks to discover new and emerging technologies and methodologies that will allow continuous upskilling and reskilling of its workforce. This RFI is intended to gain feedback from the technical sector and any other relevant stakeholders dealing with emerging technologies that can be applied to weave continuous learning into agency culture and not just make it mandatory training.
