DIA posts RFP for EUCOM RJITF Training Support
On July 5, the Defense Intelligence Agency posted Solicitation HHM40224R0041, a request for proposals (RFP) for EUCOM Regional Joint Intelligence Training & Development (RJITF) Training Support. Questions are due by 1:00 p.m. Eastern on July 17, and proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern on August 5.
The services requested by this RFP are classroom instruction, student/registrar support, website/systems coordination support, and training-related materials delivery to track enrollment in support of USEUCOM J2’s RJITF program.
The NAICS is 541611: Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, and the business size standard for this NAICS is $24.5 million. Eligibility to participate is open to 8(a) concerns that are either in the developmental stage or the developmental and transitional stages. The period of performance for the new standalone contract is anticipated to be for a 10-month base period with four option periods of twelve (12) months each, with the option of a 6-month extension.
The Viriginia Contracting Activity intends to award a standalone, single award Time-and-Materials contract. The Government intends to award one (1) contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
Questions regarding the solicitation are due NLT 17 July 2024, 1:00PM EST. Proposals in response to the solicitation are due NLT 5 August 2024, 2:00PM EST.
