DIA posts RFI for User Defined Intelligence Picture Framework
On February 24, the Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, posted a request for information for User Defined Intelligence Picture Framework (Solicitation Number: HHM402-17-R-UDIP). Responses are due no later than 4:00pm on March 3.
This document is a Request for information (RFI) and planning purposes only and is to allow industry the opportunity to submit responses describing its relevant capabilities for the User Defined Intelligence Picture (UDIP) framework requirements.
Interested offerors having the required specialized capabilities to meet the above requirement should submit a response statement of 10 pages or less indicating its capability, technology, methodology, processes, solutions and information in response to questions 1 through 13 of the attachment.
Responses must include the following: name and address of firm, size of business; average annual revenue for past 3 years and number of employees; ownership; whether they are large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), Woman-owned, Veteran Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Historically Underutilized Business Zone and Historically Black Colleges and Universities)/Minority Institutions; and number of years in business. The proposed tentative NAICS is 541519 and its Size Standards is $27.5 million.
This RFI is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information requested. This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources capable of meeting the requirements described. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement. The Government recognizes that proprietary data may be part of this effort. If so, clearly mark such restricted or proprietary data and present it as an addendum to the non-restricted/non-proprietary information. This RFI is not a guarantee of a future solicitation, work or contract. If the Government decides to pursue a contract for this or a related effort, a solicitation may be posted on the FedBizOpps website.
