DCSA seeks business analytical capability
On April 14, the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)posted a sources sought notice. Responses are due by 4:00 p.m. Eastern on April 28.
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is seeking sources for a business analytical capability able to link data, news, market research, and analytics, to identify trends, connections, supply chains, ownership, leadership, interlocking corporate relationships, financial viability, industry position, merger and acquisition activity, and identify risk in the commercial and financial community for domestic and international companies.
This is a sources sought technical description to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services.
DCSA’s Critical Technology Protection (CTP) Directorate, and Counterintelligence (CI) Directorate, are seeking information for potential sources of a business analytical capability able to link data, news, market research and analytics, to identify trends, connections, supply chains, ownership, leadership, interlocking corporate relationships, financial viability, industry position, merger, and acquisition activity, and identify risk in the commerce and financial community for domestic and international companies to support national security.
The service must provide these capabilities to inform DCSA’s national security due diligence mission towards identifying risk associated with domestic and international private and publicly traded companies, and associated investment and ownership structures, and supply chain.
