Craig Janus named national security SVP at PSS
Preferred Systems Solutions (PSS) of Reston, VA announced that Craig Janus has joined the company as senior vice president of PSS’ National Security Group (NSG).
As SVP of NSG, Janus is responsible for leading, managing, and growing the company’s national security business portfolio to include current and future IC customers, as well as assisting in the identification, successful pursuit and subsequent integration of M&A targets.
He is a transformational business leader and strategist with 30 years of proven experience growing, managing, and diversifying clients and professional services in IT & telecommunications markets, PSS said. Janus most recently served as chief growth officer for IntelliDyne and is recognized for his strong growth orientation, operational expertise, and technological leadership while returning industry-leading revenue and margins in senior leadership roles for companies such as SAIC, Noblis, and URS.
Janus began his career as an NCO in the United States Marine Corps where he received an honorable discharge. He spent more than 15 years as an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University where he developed curriculum and taught courses in business, technology, and engineering management. He holds an M.S. in Information and Telecommunications from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Business from Washington Adventist University.
