Following last week’s announcement that the Central Intelligence Agency will be restructured, Director John O. Brennan speak at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York, NY on March 13 at 1:00pm. He will discuss the agency’s strategy to strengthen intelligence-gathering capabilities and enhance international security.
