Buchanan & Edwards to open Innovation Center in Northern Virginia
Buchanan & Edwards Inc. announced on May 9 that it will open an Innovation Center in Chantilly, Virginia, in June. The new office location will be dedicated to supporting BE’s rapid, continuing growth and leadership team expansion following its April acquisition of R2C LLC. Located near a variety of federal agencies and industry partners in the Westfield area of Chantilly, BE’s new office will also support its drive for strategic development in the national security sector.
“This is a key growth milestone for Buchanan & Edwards,” said Dennis Kelly, president and CEO of Buchanan & Edwards. “We are excited to have this great opportunity to expand and bring part of our team closer to some of our national security customers and partners in Fairfax County.”
BE has signed a five-year lease at 15040 Conference Center Drive, which will provide much-needed expansion space for a variety of support functions and operational personnel supporting its national security and intelligence community customers. The modern facility will feature spaces for large group presentations, training and collaboration to support internal teams as well as customer and partner gatherings. The company will maintain its current office in the Rosslyn area of Arlington, Virginia, to ensure proximity to its Washington-based customers.
