Army seeks cybersecurity training platform

On July 26, the U.S. Army posted a sources sought notice for a cybersecurity training platform. Responses are due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern on July 29.
The purpose of this posting is to identify potential sources capable of providing a Web-Based Cybersecurity Training Platform with the following salient characteristics:
- Accessable for a 12 month period
- Internet accessible
- Provides the ability to transfer user licenses from one user to another
- Provides a learning management system that tracks user & group statistics
- Provides the ability to group content into customer defined courses
- Provides access to online lab environments for hands on practical training
- Content that includes, but not limited to:
- Cybersecurity
- Computer Forensics
- Incident Response
- Malware Analysis
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Tools
- Log Correlation and Log Analysis
- Cyber Threat Intelligence
- MITRE ATT&CK Matrix
- IT Security
- NIST National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Framework
- NIST Work Roles
