Army seeks C5ISR C2 capabilities

On November 14, the U.S. Army posted a request for information (RFI) for Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS) Market Research for Enterprise Command & Control (C2) Capabilities for Air and Ground C5ISR Systems. Responses are due by 3:00 p.m. Eastern on December 15.

PM TS is issuing an RFI, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e) and FAR part 10, and requesting information related to Command-and-Control (C2) capabilities that can integrate with Ground and Air Platforms within the PM TS portfolio (e.g., Ground-Based Operational Surveillance System (G-BOSS(E)), Persistent Surveillance System-Tethered (PSS-T), Tethered-uncrewed aerial system (Te-UAS) providing the complete situational awareness of their area of operations.

PM TS is seeking information for novel and mature Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 8-9 C2 software technologies and software development capabilities that are platform-agnostic allowing integration across multiple system-of-system platforms.

Requests and questions shall be submitted only to the email address specified. Any other forms of request for additional information will not be honored. Response Due Date: December 15, 2025
