Army posts Multi-INT operations support sources sought

On July 27, the U.S. Army posted a sources sought notice for Multi-Intelligence Operations Support Services. Responses are due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern on August 3.

This is a non-personal services contract designed to provide United States Army Central Command (USARCENT) Intelligence Directorate (G2) with multi-intelligence operations support services.

The mission of USARCENT G2 is to provide intelligence support services regarding the USCENTCOM AOR to the commander and Staff of USARCENT. The USCENTCOM AOR and Combined Joint Operations Area (CJOA) consists of the following countries: Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Lebanon.

The contractor shall support USARCENT G2 by aiding in the coordination, planning, and execution of intelligence collection operations, exploitation, dissemination and analytic support in coordination with other entities and agencies in USARCENT from a stateside location regarding the USCENTCOM AOR.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform uninterrupted USARCENT G2 multi-intelligence operations support services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistently with the established standards in this PWS and contract.

The U.S. Government desires to procure the USARCENT G2 Multi-Intelligence Operations Support Services on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside.
