On June 30, Altamira Technologies Corporation announced the appointment of Frank Calvelli to its board of directors. Calvelli brings over 30 years of experience in national security space acquisitions, operations, and intelligence systems development to Altamira.
Most recently, Calvelli served as the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration, where he was the first Senate-confirmed official responsible for military space programs. His distinguished career also includes serving as the Principal Deputy Director of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) for over eight years and numerous senior leadership positions within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
