SPAWAR posts RFI for distributed ground system – Navy increment 2

On March 28, the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command posted a request for information for the distributed ground system – Navy increment 2 (DCGS-N Inc 2) (Solicitation Number: SSC-Pacific_MKTSVY_11A082).
The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) in support of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Program Manager, Warfare (PMW) 120, Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations, is seeking industry feedback on innovative approaches and technologies to address material, knowledge, skill, and capability gaps in the Government-led Systems Integration effort for Distributed Common Ground System Navy Increment 2 (DCGS-N Inc 2).
Specifically, this RFI is looking for existing, proven commercial solutions with alternative approaches to big data ingest in a big data cloud environment.
