As CTO, Jackson is responsible for overseeing the Corporation’s advanced technology strategy and the maturation of future innovations. He is also responsible for managing our research and development relationships with colleges and universities, industry and international partners, and the U.S. government science and technology community. Jackson was most recently vice president for Program Excellence where he led the cross-functional integration of the Corporation’s five councils for engineering and technology, production, program management, supply chain, and sustainment.
