On October 13, Everfox unveiled its new executive advisory board – a formidable assembly of leaders whose service has helped shape U.S. national security. Drawing on deep experience across government, defense, intelligence and technology, the advisory board will provide strategic counsel as Everfox accelerates its growth across the United States and Five Eyes partner nations.
“In today’s geopolitical threat landscape and with the speed at which AI is transforming national security, we’ve brought together an exceptional group of leaders who have confronted the most consequential challenges facing the U.S. and our closest allies,” said Everfox Chairman and CEO Dave Wajsgras. “Their counsel will help inform our strategic direction and guide us in how best to support our customers’ evolving imperatives.”
Members of the new executive advisory board include:
- Marianne Bailey: Former Deputy National Manager for National Security Systems (NSS) and Senior Cybersecurity Executive at the National Security Agency (NSA); former senior executive in the Office of the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO), including as Principal Director for Cybersecurity.
- Sean Berg: CEO of Secturion Systems and former CEO of Everfox, with leadership experience across cybersecurity businesses serving defense, intelligence, and critical-infrastructure customers.
- William Evanina: Former Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center, and senior leader at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI); founder and CEO of the Evanina Group.
- Chris Inglis, Brigadier General (Ret.): Former U.S. National Cyber Director; former Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer of the NSA.
- Ellen Lord: Former Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment and former President and CEO of Textron Systems; founder of EML Enterprises.
- Nancy Norton, Vice Admiral (Ret.): Former Director of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Commander of Joint Force Headquarters Department of Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DODIN).
- Constantine Saab: Former CIA senior executive, including Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Station; advisor, DoW, the Intelligence Community, and federal civilian agencies; co-founder of Foundation Stack AI, Inc.
- Teresa Shea: Former Director of Signals Intelligence at the NSA; President of Oplnet.
- Jack Wilmer: Former Deputy Chief Information Officer for Cybersecurity and Chief Information Security Officer for the DoD; senior leader at the White House, the Department of Homeland Security, and DISA; CEO of SIXGEN.
